How do I upload my data?
Clairio combines three inputs:
CRM (pipeline and stage),
billing (invoiced MRR/ARR), and
product usage. From the app dashboard, click Upload and select the CSVs for each. The
Quickstart covers the recommended columns and includes sample files for all three.

What's the smallest dataset that's useful?
About 20 accounts and three months of revenue history. Less than that and Clairio can still produce recommendations, but the revenue-gap view gets more useful as history accumulates.

Can I use Clairio without all three inputs?
Yes. The billing CSV (invoiced MRR/ARR) is the minimum — it is the anchor Clairio trusts. CRM pipeline and product usage each make recommendations sharper, but the revenue-gap view works with billing data alone.
