Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Clairio (“the Service”), operated by Samadhi Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clairio is a revenue-weighted product intelligence platform that helps product and sales teams prioritize feature requests by their revenue impact. The Service collects, organizes, and analyzes feature request data alongside account revenue data to generate actionable insights.

3. Beta Disclaimer

Clairio is currently offered as a free beta product. During the beta period (ending July 1, 2026), the Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Data stored during the beta period may be reset. No service level agreements (SLAs) are provided during the beta period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service, or for competitive analysis
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Samadhi Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Support and Professional Services

Free support is provided on an as-is, best-effort basis with no guaranteed response time or SLA.

Professional services, including dedicated onboarding, custom integrations, training, and priority support, are available under a separate agreement. Contact info@samadhiagents.com for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samadhi Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
