Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Clairio (“the Service”), operated by Samadhi Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clairio is a revenue-weighted product intelligence platform that helps product and sales teams prioritize feature requests by their revenue impact. The Service collects, organizes, and analyzes feature request data alongside account revenue data to generate actionable insights.

3. Beta Disclaimer

Clairio is currently offered in early beta with a 30-day free trial (no credit card required to start). During the beta period, the Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Data stored during the beta period may be reset. No service level agreements (SLAs) are provided during the beta period. Continued use after 30 days requires upgrading to a paid plan via Stripe, unless an alternate access arrangement has been made directly with us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service, or for competitive analysis
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Samadhi Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Support and Professional Services

Free support is provided on an as-is, best-effort basis with no guaranteed response time or SLA.

Professional services, including dedicated onboarding, custom integrations, training, and priority support, are available under a separate agreement. Contact info@samadhiagents.com for details.

8. Plans, Pricing, and Service Changes

Clairio plans, features, usage limits, and pricing—including the Free plan—are offered at Samadhi Agents’ sole discretion and may be added, modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.

We may also terminate, suspend, or restrict any account, including Free plan accounts, at our discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid plans before they take effect. Pricing changes or material plan changes affecting an active paid plan will take effect at your next renewal; no advance notice is required for changes to the Free plan or for changes required by law, security, fraud prevention, or to comply with the policies of our service providers.

Your continued use of Clairio after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samadhi Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
