Samadhi Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Clairio (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.

  • Account Information: Email address, full name, role, and company name provided during registration and onboarding
  • Organization Data: Company size and referral source (optional, provided during onboarding)
  • Product Data: Feature requests, account/customer data, and revenue figures you input into the Service
  • Usage Data: Log data, browser type, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • To generate AI-powered insights from the data you provide
  • To communicate with you about the Service, including updates and support
  • To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (cloud-hosted PostgreSQL). The application is hosted on Vercel. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security policies, and input sanitization to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
  • Vercel: Application hosting and deployment
  • Stripe: Payment processing (for future billing — not active during free beta)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

5. Your Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. During the beta period, data may be reset as part of Service updates.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is collected in aggregate to improve the Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
