Getting Started

Q: What is Clairio?

Clairio is a Revenue-Weighted Product Intelligence platform for B2B SaaS teams. It captures feature requests from sales conversations, weights them by ARR, and surfaces prioritized product intelligence so your product team builds what actually moves revenue.

Q: How do I create an account?

Visit the signup page, enter your work email, name, and password. You'll be taken through a quick onboarding flow to set up your workspace. No credit card required to start your 21-day free trial.

Q: What's included in the 21-day trial?

Everything in your chosen paid plan — full dashboard, signal capture, revenue-weighted ranking, backlog, and roadmap views. No credit card required up front. Cancel anytime in the first 21 days and you owe nothing. See pricing for full tier details.

CSV Import Guide

Q: How do I upload opportunities from my CRM?

Go to Customer Signals, click “Upload CSV”, and drop your file. Clairio auto-detects columns from most CRM exports (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Q: What columns does the CSV importer support?

Required columns (at least one of each):

  • Account name — detected from: AccountName, Account, Company, CompanyName, Customer, CustomerName, account_name, company_name
  • Feature/request name — detected from: CaseSubject, FeatureName, Feature, Request, OpportunityName, Subject, Title, feature_name, case_subject

Optional columns (auto-detected):

  • ARR/RevenueAccountARR, ARR, Revenue, Amount, OpportunityAmount, ContractValue, account_arr, annual_revenue
  • Deal stageOpportunityStage, DealStage, Stage, PipelineStage, deal_stage, opportunity_stage

Stage mapping — CRM stages are automatically mapped:

  • Discovery, Prospecting, Lead → Prospect
  • Qualification, Qualified, Demo, Proposal → Qualified
  • Negotiation, Contract, Closed Won, Closed Lost → Negotiation

OpportunityNotes extraction — If your CSV only has an OpportunityNotes column (no separate feature/request name), Clairio will pull out concrete asks — SSO, audit logs, API/webhooks, Jira/HubSpot, mobile app, onboarding — and create one editable feature request per signal, tied to the opportunity's account.

Limits — Max 100 rows per upload. Accounts are auto-created if they don't exist, or matched to existing accounts by name.

Q: My CSV has different column names. Will it still work?

Yes — Clairio uses fuzzy matching on column headers. As long as your columns contain recognizable keywords (like “account”, “feature”, “stage”, etc.), they'll be mapped automatically. You can also download our template CSV for a guaranteed format.

Q: Can I upload the same CSV twice?

Yes, but it will create duplicate feature requests. Clairio does not deduplicate on import. Accounts are matched by name, so existing accounts won't be duplicated.

Q: How much does Clairio cost?

Clairio offers four plans, each starting with a 21-day free trial — no credit card required. Tier limits are based on tracked accounts, with user count as a guardrail. Items in italics are on the roadmap:

  • Starter — $199/mo, 100 tracked accounts, 3 users, AI classification, backlog & roadmap, email support 48h
  • Growth — $599/mo, 500 tracked accounts, 15 users, pattern recognition agent, roadmap briefs, CRM sync, email support 24h
  • Scale — $1,499/mo, 2,000 tracked accounts, 50 users, all 5 agents, SSO/SAML, custom signal taxonomy, guided onboarding, quarterly check-ins
  • Enterprise — Custom, for deployments above Scale or with advanced security / dedicated infrastructure / custom AI agent needs

Q: What happens when the 21-day trial ends?

At the end of the 21 days, you'll be prompted to confirm your paid plan via Stripe to keep access. Your workspace data is preserved. If you decide not to continue, your workspace becomes read-only until a plan is selected; paid plans start at $199/month. See the pricing page for the Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise tiers.

Support

Q: How do I get help?

Free support is included for all users via email at info@samadhiagents.com (best-effort response time). Professional Services (dedicated onboarding, custom integrations, training, priority SLA) are available as a paid add-on.

Q: How do I report a bug?

Email info@samadhiagents.com with a description of what happened, what you expected, and any screenshots. We review all reports and prioritize fixes.

Data & Privacy

Q: Where is my data stored?

Clairio uses Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage and Vercel for hosting. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Q: Can I export my data?

Export functionality is on the roadmap. In the meantime, contact us and we can provide a data export.

Q: Is Clairio CCPA compliant?
