What counts as a tracked account?
A tracked account is any customer company connected to Clairio and included in revenue-weighted intelligence — either added manually, imported via CSV, or synced from your CRM. Tier limits are based on tracked accounts, with user count as a guardrail.

What counts as a user?
A user is anyone with a Clairio login — sales reps, PMs, execs, ops, or anyone else on the team. Each user must have their own email address; logins cannot be shared.

Which features are available today vs on the roadmap?
Items shown in italics on the pricing cards above are on the Clairio roadmap and not yet generally available. Signal capture, revenue-weighted ranking, backlog, roadmap views, and AI classification are available today. CRM sync, SSO/SAML, custom signal taxonomy, and the full 5-agent system are sequenced through our 2026 roadmap.
