Revenue intelligence, grounded in
CRM, billing, and usage.

Clairio is a revenue intelligence layer for sales and product teams. It reads three inputs — CRM pipeline, billing (invoiced revenue), and product usage — and grounds every recommendation against what customers are actually paying. Not stage probability. Not rep sentiment. Not vibes.

What It Is & Who It's For
Q
What is Clairio?
A revenue intelligence app that combines three inputs — CRM pipeline, billing (invoiced MRR/ARR), and product usage — to decide what your team should focus on and what to build next. It is designed to answer a specific question: where are closed-won and realized revenue diverging, and what do we do about it?
Q
Who is it for?
Revenue leaders, sales managers, and product teams at B2B SaaS companies with recurring revenue. If you run weekly pipeline reviews, prepare QBRs, or manage net revenue retention, Clairio is built for your workflow.
Q
How does it work?
Clairio pulls from three data sources to drive every recommendation: CRM for pipeline and stage signals, billing for realized MRR/ARR from invoices, and product usage for behavioral signal. It joins them into a single account view, scores opportunities with revenue weighting, and uses the combined picture to prioritize accounts and inform what to build.
Q
What makes it different?
Most revenue tools trust the CRM. Clairio trusts your invoices. By treating realized revenue as a first-class input (not a reference), recommendations reflect what customers are actually paying — so the gap between pipeline and reality becomes visible.
What the AI Does
Q
What can the AI do?
Score opportunities against revenue reality, highlight accounts where CRM momentum and revenue diverge, summarize pipeline changes week over week, and draft QBR-ready notes using your actual numbers. It reasons about your data — it does not act on external systems on your behalf.
Q
What data does it access?
Three inputs, only what you provide: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or CSV export), billing (Stripe, Chargebee, or invoiced MRR/ARR CSV), and product usage (event data or usage CSV). Clairio does not browse the public web for your accounts and does not pull external enrichment unless you ask it to.
Limit
What it does not do.
Clairio does not write back to your CRM, does not send emails on your behalf, and does not autonomously take actions on customers. Every recommendation is reviewable, and every scoring decision traces back to a revenue or pipeline signal you supplied.
Limit
Can users control it?
Yes. You decide what data to upload, which accounts are in scope, and which recommendations to act on. Admin-level controls over data retention and deletion are on the roadmap for GA. See Security for detail.
What You Get Today
Q
Revenue-backed scoring
Opportunity scores that weight actual MRR/ARR alongside stage probability. Accounts with strong pipeline but weak realized revenue surface early, not at renewal.
Q
Revenue gap view
A side-by-side of expected (CRM) vs. realized (invoiced) revenue per account — so you can see which accounts are overstated in the forecast before the QBR.
Q
Shared visibility
Sales and product teams work from the same revenue truth. No more finance-owned spreadsheets being the only source of realized numbers.
